JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (WJHL) — A woman is facing charges in the death of an ETSU graduate assistant.

A Washington County grand jury indicted Mialandra Yeneek Bizzell, 25, on charges of vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an accident in connection to the death of Halie Ann Rex, court records show.

Rex died in the hospital after she was struck by a vehicle while riding her bicycle in October. She was 26 years old.
