After so many plot shakeups in the Season 2 finale of “Mythic Quest,” fans can rest assured that the cast remains mostly unchanged. Rob McElhenney returns as Ian Grimm, the vain video game visionary, with Charlotte Nicdao back as developer extraordinaire Poppy Li. David Hornsby, a longtime collaborator with McElhenney from their work together on “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” is likewise back in the mix as David Brittlesbee, the sad-sack game executive, as is “Community” alum Danny Pudi as Brad Bakshi.
Among other returning regulars are Naomi Ekperigin as Carol, Imani Hakim as Dana, Jessie Ennis as Jo, and video game voiceover veteran Ashly Burch as Rachel. Notable guest stars for Season 3 include Joe Manganiello, Lindsey Kraft, and Casey Sander.

On the creative side, Season 3 continues to be written by McElhenney, Megan Ganz, and Charlie Day. They formed as a writing trio while collaborating on “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” where Ganz came aboard as a writer in 2016. McElhenney, Hornsby, Day, and Ganz are also attached as executive producers.
