A NAKED woman on board a flight delayed dozens of horrified passengers as she flaunted around in front of them without a top on.
The Southwest Airlines flight had to return to its gate after a naked woman paraded around the cabin topless for nearly half an hour.
Police then took the female away for medical evaluations when the flight returned to William P. Hobby Airport, Houston, but did not say if there would be any charges.
Southwest Airlines said: “Local law enforcement met Flight 733 from Houston to Phoenix Monday afternoon after it returned to the gate because of a customer situation onboard.
“We’ve reached out to customers to apologize for the delay and appreciate their patience as our teams worked to get them to their destinations as quickly as possible.”
The shocking footage was captured by a passenger called Macy Estevez on board a Boeing 737 flight from Houston to Phoenix.
The witness claimed the woman showed off for 25 minutes before police came and took her away.
The woman’s upper body is blurred, but she can be seen holding both overhead lockers to either side of her for balance.
It still remains unclear what caused the woman to act in this way.
Other passengers looked on astounded by what they were seeing whilst some also took pictures or started recording.
Those on board also told local media the woman attempted to enter the cockpit during the incident.
She then walked up and down the aisle in front of appalled bystanders who sat stunned at the situation.
Another passenger said: “Very weird that nobody kind of intervened.
“Everyone kind of recognized the situation and just let her run on and on.”
A gate attendant reportedly wrapped the woman in a blanket when she was brought off the flight.
