CONGRESSMAN Al Green has been kicked out of the House chamber after interrupting President Donald Trump’s speech to Congress.

Green stood and yelled while Trump, 78, opened his joint address on Tuesday night, marking just one of the multiple Democrat leaders who attempted to cause chaos during the president’s remarks.

House Speaker Mike Johnson ordered the House chamber crowd to be quiet after Trump’s appearance at the podium prompted rowdy attendees to cheer and boo for the president. chaos as attendees cheered and booed.

Despite Johnson’s warning, Green stayed standing and shook his cane while Trump tried to start his address.

Green, who has long pushed for Trump’s impeachment, then repeatedly shouted, “You have no mandate!” at Trump.

Johnson, then visibly frustrated, went on to give Green a further warning.

“Members are directed to uphold and maintain decorum in the House and to cease any further disruptions,” Johnson said.

He then called for the sergeant at arms to remove Green.

Republicans cheered as Green was escorted out of the House chambers – and they even broke into song.

“Nah nah nah nah, goodbye,” lawmakers chanted as Green left the room.

Trump smirked and looked around the room as Green was booted from the House.

He then pursed his lips and shook his head while the lawmaker waved his cane and muttered as he walked out.

After leaving the chambers, Green told reporters at the White House that he didn’t regret standing up in protest.

“It’s worth it to let people know that there are some people who are going to stand up,” the congressman said.

Green was one of the lawmakers who brought on Trump’s first impeachment in 2017.

The Texas Democrat wasn’t the only Democrat in attendance up in arms during Trump’s speech on Tuesday night.
