Former America’s Next Top Model winner Adrianne Curry has criticized Victoria’s Secret over its decision to feature Kylie Jenner in the brand’s annual fashion show.
Curry, 44, rose to fame after winning the first season of America’s Next Top Model in 2003. She later worked with brands and publications including Ed Hardy, Von Dutch, Playboy and Marie Claire.
Although she has stepped away from modelling and now lives off the grid in Montana, the former reality television star remains active on social media.
During a livestream this week, Curry questioned Jenner’s casting and argued that the 29-year-old should not have been chosen to wear Victoria’s Secret’s $50 million Fantasy Bra.
“Everything is a f***ing virtue signal or ‘who’s the biggest influencer.’ I’m sorry, nothing against Kylie Jenner, [but] you’re not a f***ing model,” Curry said in an impassioned rant.
“You don’t have a model’s body. I don’t know why they put her in the [Fantasy Bra]. That’s for the belle of the ball. That is for the top Victoria’s Secret Angel,” she continued.

“That is like winning homecoming queen, and they just give it to Jenner? Like, get the f**k out of here. Victoria’s Secret is a joke. Uh uh. F**k off,” Curry added.
The Daily Mail has contacted Jenner and Victoria’s Secret for comment.
The 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show sparked a divided reaction after Jenner made a surprise runway appearance on Sunday.
Some critics called for the event to be cancelled after The Kardashians star appeared in the brand’s iconic, gemstone-encrusted $50 million (£38 million) Fantasy Bra. The show was held in Culver City, California.
The elaborate lingerie design features a $22 million (£17 million) yellow diamond at its center, along with 4,410 natural diamonds. Wearing the Fantasy Bra has long been regarded as one of the greatest honors in a supermodel’s career.
The bra returned to the Victoria’s Secret runway for the first time since 2018, while Jenner became the first model who was not a Victoria’s Secret Angel to wear the celebrated piece.

A third joked, “Kendall didn’t answer so they had to call Kylie instead.”

Not everyone objected to Jenner’s appearance. Other viewers praised her runway debut, highlighting her beauty, poise and confidence during the show.
Previous models chosen to wear the famous Fantasy Bra include Gisele Bundchen, Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Tyra Banks and Candice Swanepoel.
Jenner completed her headline-making look with a sheer miniskirt, silver underwear, clear heels and dramatic white angel wings.
The reality TV star was cheered on by boyfriend Timothee Chalamet, 30, and mom Kris Jenner, 70, who watched from the front row.
After the show, the Kylie Cosmetics founder took to her Instagram Stories, posting a close-up of her cleavage in the bra with the caption, ‘best day ever.’
Curry also said that Jenner does ‘not have a model’s body’ and that she shouldn’t have been selected to wear the prestigious piece of lingerie
Victoria’s Secret creative director Adam Selman told Vogue why Jenner was chosen for the special moment after the show aired.
‘Kylie really extends beyond fashion, beyond culture, beyond TV, beyond one singular thing,’ he told the publication. ‘That’s the exact same thing that we do. Like, the show is so big, it’s true entertainment, and I think that she is a great catalyst for that.
‘She’s really created her own culture – how many people can say that?’ he went on, adding that the ‘big idea for the show was fandomonium,’ he continued.
‘I think it’s an interesting pairing that we’re giving the fans: we’re giving them what they want with this amazing Fantasy Bra, and we’re going to put it on an unexpected talent who has a massive following and massive cultural impact.
‘I think it’s fun. I think it’s really joyful, and I think it’s fun to celebrate in a different way that people aren’t going to expect,’ he concluded.
