ONE of the most recognizable faces on television in local New York City news has died.
New York City Investigative Reporter Arnold Diaz has passed away at age 74.
Diaz was an Emmy-award-winning journalist whose career spanned more than 50 years.

Diaz passed away following a battle with cancer, reports say.
Diaz was best known for his work in New York City as an investigative reporter on WPIX for more than five decades.
He was born in Brooklyn, won 48 Emmy Awards for his Over the years, Diaz’s “Shame” reports led to action by law enforcement and have been cited by prosecutors as being instrumental in putting scam artists behind bars.
