For nearly a week, Courtney Storm has remained steadfast by her husband’s side, describing him as “the best dad in the world.”
“He’s incredibly supportive and always puts others before himself,” she shared with 9News.
“Everyone adores him. I honestly can’t imagine anyone saying a bad word about him. Trouble just doesn’t seem to find him,” Courtney added.
The 29-year-old had just returned from celebrating his father’s recent engagement.
Despite the efforts of his loved ones to assist, the car involved in the incident sped away.
“We’d had a really good night, really happy, was laughing with everyone,” Courtney said.
“He’d only stepped out for maybe five [or] 10 minutes when it happened.”
“Rayden is not a vindictive person. He will always extend a hand of forgiveness to those who have done things wrong to him,” she said.
”He will be in for a long recovery, but outside of that, I don’t really know what that looks like or how everything will be.”
