On Friday, Israeli President Benjamin Netanyahu disclosed that his latest medical report has been made public, revealing that he has received treatment for prostate cancer.
Netanyahu explained that the report’s publication was delayed by a few months for strategic reasons, a detail he promised to elaborate on later.
In a post on his social media platform, X, Netanyahu provided further insights into his health journey. He recounted that he had previously undergone surgery in 2024 to address an enlarged prostate, a procedure that was openly reported by his office at that time. However, during a subsequent check-up following the surgery, doctors detected a malignant tumor, measuring less than a centimeter, within the prostate.
Netanyahu wrote in a post shared on his X account:

After writing that the heath report was published on Friday, Netanyahu continued by giving a little background on his health: he previously underwent surgery for an enlarged prostate in 2024, something which was reported contemporaneously by his office. But during a check-up after the surgery, he said in the statement Friday, doctors found “a malignant tumor” of less than a centimeter in the organ.
