Clavicular Accused of Despicable Antics and Skipping Rent at $7M Home

Online provocateur and influencer Clavicular has been accused of failing to pay rent and leaving a $7 million California mansion in disarray after using it to host his controversial “Looksmaxxing Camp.”

The 20-year-old personality, whose legal name is Braden Peters, invited 15 young men to the Los Angeles property for a boot camp focused on “looksmaxxing”—a term he uses to describe efforts to improve male appearance and conform to beauty standards.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, The Maimon Group, which rented the Encino mansion to Clavicular, alleges that he missed monthly payments and breached the terms of his lease.

Clavicular signed the lease in September and agreed to pay $53,000 a month for the luxury Encino property.

The landlord claims the influencer held noisy parties at the home, violating a provision that limited the number of guests to six at any one time.

The complaint reportedly describes an October 11 gathering in dramatic terms, alleging that attendees fought on the stairs and outside the mansion before throwing one another into the swimming pool.

Guests also allegedly splashed water inside the property, covered parts of the mansion in silly string and left “fart spray” throughout the home.

The allegations further state that partygoers vomited inside the mansion and spilled drinks into the pool. Clavicular is also accused of bringing a horse onto the property.

A spokesperson for Clavicular denied the claims in a statement to TMZ, disputing that a formal civil lawsuit had been filed or that he owed money connected to Camp Looksmax.

“He will respond to the fullest extent of the law once he is actually served with a suit. Any allegation that he does not meet his obligations is false,” the spokesperson said.

Clavicular runs the camp with fellow looksmaxxing creator, Hexumlite. They livestreamed the ‘retreat’ on Clavicular’s channel. Those who want to participate must apply online and pay $5,000 to attend. The website appears to have been taken down.

William Munro, who attended the camp this fall, told USA Today that he applied to learn more about looksmaxxing but left hoping to raise $40,000 for surgery to alter his face.

Videos shared by the camp’s social media accounts showed Clavicular smoking a cigar while advising participants on dating and clothing.

Earlier this month, a livestream clip circulated online that appeared to show a member of the landlord’s team confronting Clavicular at the mansion.

Clavicular asked whether the man worked for The Maimon Group and joked that he would not be allowed to join the camp because of a “no sub-humans rule.”

The man accused Clavicular of breaching the contract and criticized the influencer’s team for filming the encounter.

The dispute over the mansion adds to the growing list of legal troubles facing Clavicular. He appeared in court in Massachusetts on Thursday, where he pleaded not guilty in a rape case.

He was charged last month with allegations of rape, drugging a person for sex, and providing alcohol to a minor in Cape Cod.

The accusations are linked to a May 23, 2025 incident, according to legal documents previously reviewed by the Daily Mail.

The alleged victim has not yet spoken publicly but was under 18 when the alleged incident occurred. In a Florida civil suit filing that was also previously reviewed by the Daily Mail, the woman said that Peters ‘wanted her to be the female face for “looksmaxxing.”‘

The lawsuit claims that after the two met for the first time, she was given alcohol until she appeared ‘visibly intoxicated.’

‘Peters then had sex with [her] while she was knowingly intoxicated, to the point where she was unable to give consent,’ the civil complaint stated. ‘That morning, while [she] was asleep, she woke up with Peters penetrating her and having sex with her, again without her consent.’

Clavicular’s attorney David Meier told The Daily Mail in a statement: ‘Braden Peters categorically denies these allegations.

‘As set forth in our memorandum to the Court, in May 2025, Mr. Peters was 19 years old, the complainant was 17 years old, and they were involved in a professional and personal relationship that continued for another year.

‘At no time did the complainant report anything to the police – or to anyone – because there was nothing to report.’
