NEWLY released bodycam footage shows Lori Vallow Daybell acting bizarrely as she’s extradited to another prison.
The convicted child killer was seen giving up electronic devices and placed in the care of Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office in Arizona.
Vallow, who was sentenced to life in prison for the murder of her two children, JJ Vallow and Tylee Ryan, and for conspiring in the death of Tammy Daybell, the former wife of her fifth husband, Chad, giggles and smiles in the four-minute video.
She was transferred from an Idaho prison to Estrella Jail in Arizona as she awaits a new trial for her alleged involvement in the murder of her fourth husband, Charles Vallow, and the attempted murder of Brandon Boudreaux, her niece’s ex-husband.
In the video, filmed in November 2023, a deputy explains to Vallow that the items being taken were her electronic court documents brought with her during the extradition, including a laptop.
Vallow also relinquished notebooks that she brought from Idaho.
The deputies explained to Vallow that she has the option to release the items to whomever she chooses at a later date.
KILLER GRIN
The video comes as Vallow was spotted flashing a giant smile as she entered a courtroom on Wednesday for her conspiracy charge.
Vallow beamed as she appeared in an orange prison jumpsuit and handcuffs for her scheduling conference.
She only appeared in court for four minutes, confirming her name and date of birth.
A judge scheduled the next pretrial hearing to take place on April 24 and Vallow waved her right to appear on that day.
Vallow has been connected to several deaths, along with her husband, Chad Daybell.
Her children, JJ and Tylee, disappeared in September 2019 and the couple refused to say what happened to them, leading to a year-long search.
The children’s charred remains were found in shallow graves buried on Daybell’s property in Idaho in 2020.
Prosecutors argued that Vallow killed her children and conspired to kill Tammy so she could start a new life with Daybell.
FEARED FOR HIS LIFE
Charles Vallow, the fourth husband of Lori Vallow, died in July 2019 after Vallow’s brother, Alex Cox, told police he shot him,” said the Maricopa County prosecutor’s office.
At the time, Cox told police that he was acting in self-defense.
However, Charles told police that he feared his ex-wife was going to kill him months before his death.
Charles and Vallow were married for 12 years before he filed for divorce.
Vallow is accused of planning Charles’ murder so she could marry Daybell while also taking advantage of Charles’ $1 million life insurance policy.
“I can murder you now, with my powers,” she allegedly told her former husband, according to Charles.
Later that same year, Cox died from a pulmonary blood clot, said the Maricopa County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Daybell has been with first-degree murder in the deaths of Vallow’s children and his former wife, Tammy.
His trial is scheduled to begin on April 1.
