WORKERS were stuck after thousands of dollars worth of goods were locked up by the cops.
Beauticians at Infinity Salon Suites had rented spaces at the salon in Jacksonville, Florida but faced trouble when the business owner was evicted.
Tenants were reportedly met with police changing the locks on the business on the morning of Monday, October 23, according to WJXT.
The issue arose as beauticians were reportedly not initially able to go in and retrieve their items and could not work while the salon was closed.
This problem was later resolved as workers were let in on Monday evening to take their goods.
Despite this, the situation was reportedly abrupt and many people were not aware of what had happened.
Barber Kendrick Williams described the police coming in to evict the premises.
Williams said: “They came and pretty much yelling down the hallways letting everybody know ‘Hey this is an eviction everybody get out, you have to get out.’”

Tenants claimed they were told that their items had been seized until further notice.
A hairstylist who requested to remain anonymous said: “I was only able to grab my blow dryer or curling iron and like a couple of other things.
“Probably like $10,000 worth of stuff is still in there.
“Like color, like everyone knows colors expensive, bleach, all of our towels, shampoo, everything.”
The business owner, Charnae Wynn, claimed she could not give her tenants notice of the eviction and it was supposedly also a surprise to her.
In an email to workers, she said: “Our communications were met with no response and the actions that commenced were as much of a surprise to us as they are to you and your operations.”
Wynn also reportedly admitted that she was late to pay her rent but argued that was not because of money.
The business owner claimed that the property owners had treated her unfairly after attempts to pay outstanding rent.
A check, seen by WJXT reportedly showed Wynn attempted to pay those rents on October 11.
