DANNY Masterson looks unkempt and emotionless in the first mugshot that’s been released of the disgraced That 70s Show star.

Masterson, 47, is serving a 30-year prison sentence after he was convicted of raping two women at his home in Hollywood Hills.

Masterson was sentenced in September after a jury found him guilty in May of two counts of forcible rape in the attacks that happened about 20 years ago.

The actor faced a third rape charge but jurors weren’t able to reach a verdict on the allegations by his longtime girlfriend.

Masterson is now fighting the conviction.

The California Department of Corrections released his mugshot on Wednesday – the first incarceration photo that has been made public since Masterson’s conviction.

His hair and beard appear to be overgrown with streaks of gray as he stares emotionless into the camera.

The picture was taken after the actor was transferred to North Kern State Prison in Delano, California, located north of Bakersfield, this week.

He’ll go through a classification and reception process, which could take up to 90 days.

It’s the same state prison where rapper Tory Lanez was being held after he was handed a 10-year sentence for the 2020 shooting of Megan Thee Stallion.

Masterson was previously behind bars at the Los Angeles County Men’s Central Jail.

He was arrested and charged with three counts of rape by force or fear in 2020 after three women accused him of drugging and raping them between 2001 and 2003.

After a mistrial in 2022, the case was heard again in 2023.

The third charge against Masterson – involving his longtime girlfriend – was dropped on July 11, 2023.

He must also register as a sex offender as part of his sentence.

An effort by the defense to have the charges against Masterson dismissed was rejected by Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo.

In a last argument, Deputy District Attorney Reinhold Mueller said to the jury: “This defendant drugged and raped each one of these victims. … It is time to hold Mr. Masterson accountable for what he has done.”

During the retrial, Masterson’s costars – including Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis – wrote letters in support of the actor.

Kutcher’s letter, obtained by the New York Post, said in part: “As a friend, Danny has been nothing but a positive influence on me.

“He’s an extraordinarily honest and intentional human being.”

Kunis’ letter said: “Danny’s role as a husband and father to his daughter has been nothing short of extraordinary. Witnessing his interactions with his daughter has been heartwarming and enlightening.”

But after receiving significant backlash for their letters, Kutcher and Kunis retracted the statements, saying instead they acknowledged “the pain that has been caused by the character letters that we wrote on behalf of Danny Masterson.”

The couple also pledged to support victims of sexual assault.

Just weeks after Masterson’s sentencing, his wife Bijou Phillips, 43, filed for divorce.

Phillips now has full custody of the couple’s nine-year-old daughter, Fianna.
