Keeping his promises to right the wrongs of January 6th, 2021, when thousands of patriots protested the stolen election of November 3, 2020, President Donald Trump pardoned nearly 1,500 Americans who were prosecuted by the weaponized Joe Biden administration.

Trump conferred the pardons within hours of his swearing in ceremony in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda.

The report reads as follows:

GRANTING PARDONS AND COMMUTATION OF SENTENCES FOR CERTAIN OFFENSES RELATING TO THE EVENTS AT OR NEAR THE UNITED STATES CAPITOL ON JANUARY 6, 2021

BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

A PROCLAMATION

This proclamation ends a grave national injustice that has been perpetrated upon the American people over the last four years and begins a process of national reconciliation.

Acting pursuant to the grant of authority in Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution of the United States, I do hereby:

(a)  commute the sentences of the following individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, to time served as of January 20, 2025:

•    Stewart Rhodes

•    Kelly Meggs

•    Kenneth Harrelson

•    Thomas Caldwell

•    Jessica Watkins

•    Roberto Minuta

•    Edward Vallejo

•    David Moerschel

•    Joseph Hackett

•    Ethan Nordean

•    Joseph Biggs

•    Zachary Rehl

•    Dominic Pezzola

•    Jeremy Bertino

(b)  grant a full, complete and unconditional pardon to all other individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021;

The Attorney General shall administer and effectuate the immediate issuance of certificates of pardon to all individuals described in section (b) above, and shall ensure that all individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, who are currently held in prison are released immediately.  The Bureau of Prisons shall immediately implement all instructions from the Department of Justice regarding this directive.

I further direct the Attorney General to pursue dismissal with prejudice to the government of all pending indictments against individuals for their conduct related to the events at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.  The Bureau of Prisons shall immediately implement all instructions from the Department of Justice regarding this directive.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this

twentieth day of January, in the year of our Lord two thousand twenty-five, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and forty-ninth.

Enrique Tarrio

One of the most high-profile recipients of a pardon was Enrique Tario.

National File’s Patrick Howley interviewed Tario just before he reported for prison in May of 2019.

Tarrio, 42, a Miami native, was in prison on a 22-year sentence after being convicted in May 2023 of what the Biden administration called “seditious conspiracy” and other charges related to the Capitol attack, despite the fact that he was not present at the capitol when the feds kicked off the violence by firing on peaceful protestors.

Despite not being physically present at the Capitol during the riot, prosecutors attempted to make the case that Tarrio played a central role in orchestrating the events from outside Washington, D.C.

The Tarrio family released a statement confirming his pardon. The statement concluded with, “We Thank You For Being With Us, The Golden Era Has Arrived!”

Duarte Tarrio said she spoke to her son earlier Monday, according to reports.

“He’s very excited. It’s surreal to him. He’s ready to go,” Duarte Tarrio said.

Tarrio’s attorney Nayib Hassan released a statement:”This marks a pivotal moment in our client’s life, and it symbolizes a turning point for our nation. We are optimistic for the future, as we now turn the page on this chapter, embracing new possibilities and opportunities.”

Tarrio’s mom believes her son has been made a scapegoat for the events of Jan. 6, 2021.

“I don’t think anyone who is realistic doubts that the government is using his face, his organization and his position as chairman of the Proud Boys,” Duarte said.

“It was the best and most exciting inauguration I think ever,” Duarte Tarrio said.

“Having him home is like God’s gift to us,” Duarte Tarrio said.

The family said Enrique Tarrio was officially pardoned and released on Monday and that he is expected to return to South Florida on Tuesday afternoon.
