ELON Musk’s ex-girlfriend has sued the tech tycoon over the parental rights of their three children.
The request was filed by Grimes, whose legal name is Claire Boucher, on Friday.
Grimes filed a “petition o establish parental relationship” in a California court, according to docs obtained by Page Six.

With this request, the court will identify the legal parents of a child when they are unmarried.
The exact details of the filing are unknown as the docs have been sealed.
Musk has yet to respond to Grime’s petition, the outlet reports.
