COPS have completed their investigation into the tragic drowning death of TikTok influencer Emilie Kiser’s three-year-old son, Trigg.

Investigators pointed the finger at the 26-year-old mommy blogger’s husband Brady Kiser in a disturbing twist after first responders found the toddler unresponsive in their Arizona home on May 12.

On Tuesday, the Chandler Police Department released a statement announcing it is recommending a felony child abuse charge against Brady.

The department submitted its findings to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, which will ultimately decide whether to pursue the charge.

The heartbroken parents have been tight-lipped since Trigg fell into the backyard pool of the family’s home in Chandler, which is a suburb of Phoenix.

The young boy fought for his life for six days before dying on May 18.

According to court records, cops ruled that Trigg’s death was accidental, but started considering the child abuse charge before he passed, the Arizona Republic reported.

Brady told investigators that he was home alone with Trigg and their newborn baby boy Teddy while Emilie was out with friends when tragedy struck, according to police records.

The dad said that he noticed Trigg walking around the pool, which wasn’t normal, before walking away to spend about three to five minutes with Teddy.

When he looked back outside, he saw Trigg floating in the pool, he told detectives.

Cops raced to the scene to perform CPR before firefighters took over and sent him to the hospital.

The little boy was in critical condition until his death.

Emilie amassed millions of followers across Instagram and TikTok by sharing her idyllic snippets of young motherhood and giving lifestyle advice.

She’s asked for privacy through her attorney, and even sued multiple city departments to stop the release of sensitive information about Trigg’s death.

Her attorneys later decided that certain records, like police and medical examiner reports, could be made public, but stressed that her privacy should be considered with each release.
