ESPN Won’t Cover the Murder of a White Football Star by Black Thugs

ESPN is completely silent on the murder of a white football star at the hands of two black thugs, just the latest example of their blatantly anti-white programming. The corporate sports network has long been criticized for trying to protect the ghetto “sports culture” its commentators and reporters outwardly promote.

Though ESPN has spent hundreds, if not thousands of hours covering the anti-white Black Lives Matter movement and engineered a national outrage mob to take on Brigham Young University over a race hoax, the corporate sports network has been completely silent on the murder of Elijah DeWitt.

DeWitt, a white football star, was shot dead by two black thugs as he walked out of Lawrenceville, Georgia’s Sugarloaf Mall, following a date with his longtime girlfriend at Dave and Busters. While the murder was initially called the result of a botched robbery, police now say they are still searching for the actual motive, and that DeWitt was known to his killers.

Kemare Bryan and Chandler Richardson, who are 18 and 19 years old respectively, have been arrested for the killing and charged with a number of murder-related felonies after fleeing to South Carolina. According to eyewitness statements, the two were hovering outside the mall, waiting for their moment to strike.

After hearing the gunshots, DeWitt’s girlfriend, Bailey Reidling, says she ran outside and “everything was red,” as blood poured from the dying young man, and good samaritans attempted to perform CPR.

Multiple bystanders made calls to 911, but tragically, there was no saving Elijah DeWitt.

18 years old, Elijah DeWitt was a stand-out wide receiver at Jefferson, Georgia’s Jefferson High School. A member of the class of 2023, he was already getting attention from multiple Division 1 programs and had an official scholarship offer from Arkansas State.

According to social media posts, bigger programs were also expressing interest in DeWitt, including the University of North Carolina Tar Heels.

The ballplayer was such a talent, that he’d earned a nickname from NFL star Cam Newton, who dubbed him “Eazy E.”

Nevertheless, ESPN has blacked out coverage of the sports star’s murder. The same week that DeWitt was killed, ESPN did manage to cover a shooting outside of an Ohio high school football game in which no suspects were identified. At other points, the network has covered what it describes as a rise in “gun violence” at high school football games, which has been largely confined to the inner cities, though they never mentioned the race or even the names of any shooters in that report.

National File reached out to ESPN to ask why they’ve neglected to cover the shooting of Elijah DeWitt, considering his ties to the world of sports and even to an NFL star but has received no response other than an automated message confirming they received the inquiry.

The lack of sports media coverage of DeWitt’s murder stands in stark contrast to ESPN’s fawning coverage of the openly-communist Black Lives Matter movement and its many sports figureheads. In recent years, the network has waded into politics on a number of occasions, with anchors staunchly criticizing 45th President Donald Trump and others at odds with their left-wing messaging.

ESPN has also become notorious for peddling sports-related race hoaxes, but only at the expense of white people.

Just recently, ESPN turned a black Duke volleyball player’s false allegations of racism against BYU fans into a national news story, even defaming a mentally handicapped man in the process, who did absolutely nothing wrong. Interestingly enough, Rachel Richardson, the Duke volleyball player at the center of the race hoax, is the goddaughter of a Democrat political candidate who has made the BLM movement a centerpiece of her campaign for the judge’s bench in Texas.

Earlier this year, ESPN aired a documentary celebrating Bubba Wallace and painting him as a NASCAR hate crime victim, even after the FBI concluded that his “noose” allegations were a total hoax.
