Megyn Kelly dishes ferocious attack on former Fox News costar as religious spat blows up in MAGA ranks

Megyn Kelly has come out strongly against former Fox News colleague Mark Levin after he labeled fellow MAGA supporter Jack Posobiec as a “crackpot.”

Levin, who is Jewish, made the comment in a succinct post on X, criticizing Posobiec for displaying a rosary on stage at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest last Friday.

Kelly, who shared the stage with Posobiec during the event, was quick to defend him.

“Heading off to pray with the beautiful rosary @JackPosobiec gave me, as most Christians do, which doesn’t make us ‘crackpots,’ despite what a certain old, irate anti-Christian figure on weekend Fox might claim,” she posted on X on Wednesday.

She added, “Never managed to make it to prime time. Sad!”

Levin – the 68-year-old host of Fox weekend talk show Life, Liberty & Levin – took to X later that night to issue a response.

‘I’ll address fully when I’m back on radio. It’s not possible to keep up with the Woke Reich psychos and groyper-bigots like Megyn Kelly on social media,’ the Jewish radio host wrote.

Levin, after agreeing with a post calling Kelly a ‘click wh*re’ and ‘not conservative’, claimed that Kelly ‘needs a psychiatrist.’

Levin – a prominent radio personality who is pro-Israel – went on to attack Turning Point’s Posobiec again, this time for what he framed as a ‘long Record of Woke Reichism.’

‘Here’s the lowlife Jack Posobiec pals around with,’ Levin wrote on X, replying to a clip of fitness podcaster Myron Gaines screaming antisemitic insults at a Jewish woman outside of the event in Phoenix.

Gaines and Posobiec were pictured smiling together at another point during the event.

‘This is why Hack Jack is widely condemned. NOT because of his faith. That’s HIS repulsive deflective propaganda,’ Levin wrote. ‘He still hasn’t condemned his comrade. He is proud of being photographed with him.

‘Of note, Megyn Kelly jumped in and came to their defense. But, then again, she is no better than her buddy Candace Owens. And now Hack Jack. These are very sinister grifters, folks.’

The exchange was the latest instance of infighting from major conservatives following a chaotic four days of AmericaFest, where featured speakers like Ben Shapiro, Tucker Carlson, and Kelly openly took shots at each other on-stage.

On day one, Shapiro, 41, kicked things off by warning that ‘the conservative movement is in serious danger’ because of ‘grifters’ and conservative ‘charlatans who claim to speak in the name of principle but actually traffic in conspiracist and dishonesty’.

He bashed figures like Carlson and Stephen Bannon for not fully disavowing Candace Owens’ anti-Israel rhetoric.

Kelly recently said she is no longer friends with another prominent conservative who supports Israel, Ben Shapriro, due to his approach to handling anti-Israel rhetoric. The two are seen together on the set of Kelly's SiriusXM show earlier this year

‘The same holds true of Megyn Kelly, a person I consider a friend,’ Shapiro said.

Both Carlson and Kelly responded with ire, with Kelly initially writing on X:  ‘Only cowards take to the national stage or X to attack their “friends” without so much as a phone call to discuss it.’

‘I don’t think we are friends anymore,’ Kelly said about her relationship with Shapiro, during an on-stage conversation with Posobiec on Friday.

‘I’ve been a very good friend to Ben. Nobody knew who the heck Ben Shapiro was when I started putting him on my shows on the Fox News Channel. And I helped make him a star.’

In an interview with Vanity Fair earlier this week, Kelly said Shapiro and other pro-Israel personalities like CBS boss Bari Weiss were alienating conservatives with their attempts to clamp down on specific types of rhetoric.

‘Why would you divide the American conservative movement – which was gelling, which was becoming much more cohesive for a moment after Charlie died – over Israel?’ she asked, noting that Shapiro is ‘Israel first’.

‘I never posted the black square and I never raised my fist at a restaurant,’ Kelly said of her refusal to play ball, referring to signs of solidarity seen during Black Lives Matter protests that took place after the murder of George Floyd in 2020.

Kelly worked at Fox News as a host until 2017, before signing on with NBC. She now hosts a popular SiriusXM show as an independent journalist.
