LIVER King has shared a strange technique he may be using to maintain his bulbous abs and pecs.
In a viral clip, the TikTok star appears to be hooked up to some sort of machine.
“What is up my primals?” the influencer, real name Brian Johnson, said at the beginning of the video uploaded to X, the platform formerly known as Twitter.
“I’m following all the doctor’s orders,” he said while lounging on a deck chair in front of a pool.
“I have not left bed. This is my day bed… I’m definitely not working out.”
In the video, Johnson’s pecs and abs are hooked up to a set of wires.
He may have been undergoing treatment with a muscle stimulation machine.
These devices pushes electromagnetic energy through the patient’s skin, causing the muscles beneath to contract.
The process helps “free fatty acids… increase muscle mass and boost the ab sculpting process,” according to Emsculpt, a company which provides the treatments.
It’s not clear when the viral clip was filmed. The video doesn’t appear to be on Johnson’s official TikTok account.

It was uploaded to a Lizard King fan account on TikTok earlier this week where it was liked more than 12,000 times.
“He’s not gonna be with us much longer,” said the X user who reposted the clip.
The video circulated after Johnson admitted he had secretly been taking steroids in December 2022.
Before then, the star portrayed himself as a natural body builder whose huge muscles were bolstered by a diet of raw meat and his own special supplements.
Johnson also provided some cryptic advice in the viral video.
“There’s always 126 ways to solve for any problem,” he said.
“When you think your back’s against the wall, when you think you have no other options, there’s always 126 ways to solve, to figure it out, to progress.”
Johnson appears to be back in action at this point.
He was seen eating a whole bull’s head in the most recent clip uploaded to his official TikTok account @liverking on Wednesday.
“The doctor let me out of bed rest because he knew what the chefs were making me today,” Johnson said.
“We’re going to start with the tongue.”
Johnson didn’t immediately respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for comment.
