Sam Wood was allegedly spotted enjoying a night out in Melbourne only days before his October 3 arrest, when he was charged with domestic violence offences relating to his wife, Snezana. The alleged assault is said to have occurred at the couple’s $3,000-a-night holiday accommodation in Noosa.
According to an eyewitness, the 46-year-old former Bachelor Australia star attended Dom Dolla’s three-hour concert at Marvel Stadium on Thursday, September 24.
The reported sighting prompted discussion among social media users on Reddit, where one concertgoer said they recognised Wood in the crowd.
“I saw Wood at the Dom Dolla concert in Melbourne on Grand Final weekend eve. He was alone, trying to make his way through the crowd,” the person claimed.
“I was genuinely surprised. I even tapped my friend to point out who he was and what state he appeared to be in.”
Almost 60,000 people filled the stadium for the high-energy performance, creating a packed party atmosphere as the Australian electronic music star took the crowd through his set.

The concert continued for several hours, with Dom Dolla appearing on stage at about 8.50pm before the event concluded around 11pm.
The reported appearance came nine days before Wood was arrested in connection with the alleged incident at the Noosa property.
Wood was denied bail when he appeared before Maroochydore Magistrates’ Court over the allegations involving Snezana, who has reportedly supported the decision to proceed with the charges.
Prosecutors alleged that Wood pushed Snezana into a wardrobe, held her by the throat, threw her against a wall and slammed her head onto the floor. Her 21-year-old daughter, Eve, allegedly witnessed the incident and called triple-0.
During the Queensland court hearing, police prosecutor Sergeant Jeanette Grigoris also told the court that Wood had allegedly choked Snezana during an earlier incident.
Reports over the weekend claimed Snezana had contacted a friend last year seeking advice on how to leave her eight-year marriage to the reality television personality.

A friend told the Herald Sun that the mother of four had reportedly been facing difficulties privately, despite the couple’s polished public image.
“Everyone has known what has been happening. It was an open secret in Brighton. Snezana wanted to find a way out,” the friend claimed.

Another friend alleged that Snezana had not been given access to her own finances or the couple’s joint bank accounts during the marriage.
The claims have emerged against the backdrop of the couple’s significant property and business dealings in recent years.
Wood previously sold his online fitness company to a Melbourne billionaire for $71 million, while the couple reportedly made $6 million from the May sale of their Elsternwick home.
He subsequently purchased a $2.7 million property in Mount Martha, while the couple’s Brighton family home is now on the market for $7.15 million.
Meanwhile, a former partner of Wood’s spoke about his erratic behaviour during their relationship.
She claimed he once threw her clothes onto the front lawn of her home following an argument.
‘If things didn’t go his way he became increasingly erratic. He was always tight with money… looking for ways to save a buck. He even tried to get Snezana’s engagement ring for free,’ she said.
The claims come as Wood prepares to make another bid for bail in the Supreme Court on November 4 after spending three weeks behind bars.
Snezana, who was recently seen in public without her wedding ring, has not posted on social media in recent days, while neither has her daughter Eve, who have both previously maintained active online profiles.
