Fox Host Ainsley Earhardt Says Sean Hannity Won’t Allow Surgery

Fox News personalities Ainsley Earhardt and Sean Hannity recently exchanged vows during a glamorous, star-studded wedding in Palm Beach, Florida.

Now, Earhardt, 50, has opened up about the personal rules she and Hannity, 64, have established since becoming husband and wife.

Appearing on the Fox News podcast The Girls this week, Earhardt discussed her cosmetic-surgery plans during a conversation with Kat Timpf, Melissa DeRosa, Kayce Smith and Rachel Campos-Duffy.

Campos-Duffy brought up the high cost of dramatic, Kris Jenner-style facelifts, joking that Earhardt might now be able to afford one after marrying Hannity.

Earhardt quickly dismissed the idea, quipping that the couple had no money left after paying for their wedding.

The television host went on to reveal that she would like to undergo an upper blepharoplasty, a procedure performed on the upper eyelids, but said Hannity “won’t let” her have the surgery.

She also recalled that a neighbor criticized her for allowing “a man” to influence decisions about her appearance.

Earhardt then joked that the couple had reached a bargain: she could have the procedure only if Hannity received a motorcycle in return—though she admitted she was not keen on that part of the deal.

Earhardt also said she would like to have work done on her stomach to reduce the loose skin and wrinkles left after the birth of her daughter Hayden by cesarean section in 2015.

However, she explained that the roughly two-week recovery period would require more time away from work than she can manage.

Earhardt and Hannity married at the historic Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach following an engagement that lasted nearly two years.

The Fox & Friends host made her entrance in an elegant Oscar de la Renta wedding gown, with relatives, friends and prominent figures from politics and entertainment gathered to celebrate.

The festivities continued at the nearby Everglades Club, a highly exclusive private venue known for its strict rules, including a ban on guests bringing cell phones inside.

Among those attending were then-White House chief of staff Susie Wiles, Eric and Lara Trump, casino executive Steve Wynn, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and country singer Lee Greenwood, who raised champagne and cocktails to the newlyweds.

A large Fox News delegation was also present, including Earhardt’s Fox & Friends co-hosts Steve Doocy, Lawrence Jones and Brian Kilmeade, along with Laura Ingraham, Bret Baier, Fox News contributor Karoline Leavitt, CEO Suzanne Scott and network president and executive editor Jay Wallace.

The wedding celebrations began the previous evening with an exclusive party at Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump attended, alongside Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

In a statement issued through Fox News, Earhardt said she was filled with gratitude and happiness.

She said celebrating the milestone with the people closest to them felt like a dream and added that she was thankful for the way God had brought her and Hannity together.

Hannity, a prominent conservative commentator and longtime ally of President Trump, said Earhardt was an extraordinary person and that he felt deeply grateful they had found each other.

Hannity previously married Jill Rhodes, 64. The former couple, who share two children, Patrick, 27, and Merri, 25, separated in 2015.
