THE source of a bombshell leak in the Delphi murders case that included graphic photos of the bodies has been revealed.
Public defenders Andrew Baldwin and Bradley Rozzi resigned from the case after the legal blunder, but another defense attorney has stepped up to claim it wasn’t their fault.
The two were tagged in to represent local pharmacy worker Richard Allen who was arrested and charged for the horrific 2017 murders of Indiana teens Libby German, 14, and Abby Williams, 13.
The teens went missing on February 13 during a hike on a local trail, and were found dead the following day.
On Thursday, Judge Fran Gull made the shocking announcement the defense attorneys would resign days before a key status hearing.

Allen no longer has legal representation, meaning that his case cannot move forward.
The announcement came two days after Indiana State Police investigated a leak of sensitive evidence that allegedly came at the hands of an employee on Balwin’s team.
The leak included graphic photos of the murder scene that allegedly proved the deaths were a sacrifice to a pagan religion adopted by white supremacists.
Now, longtime defense attorney Davis Hennessy submitted yet another filing alleging that the lawyers were betrayed and should be brought back to council Allen.
“Attorney Baldwin did nothing wrong. He was snookered and abused,” he wrote in the filing, per NBC affiliate WTHR.
