FORMER convict Gypsy Rose Blanchard revealed she’s waited more than 30 years to live her new life as she enjoys her newfound freedom.
She made the revelation just days before fans speculated if she was pregnant as her husband shared a cryptic post online.
Blanchard, who was released from the Chillicothe Correctional Center in Missouri in December, has been out of prison for two months.
In a touching social media post, she took the opportunity to thank her fans.
“I never said that I was perfect, I am 100% human, I make mistakes but I learn from them,” she captioned the Instagram post.
“I gain achievements, celebrate them with me.
“Me being myself, doing whatever makes me happy as I begin my new life.
“There will be good times, there will be bad times but that is what I have waited 32 years for…to live my life in freedom and whoever is left standing by my side is my true supporters.”
She included a selfie of herself sporting gymwear and the picture features a bright pink love heart.
Blanchard puckered her lips as she prepared to take the picture.
The picture has been liked more than 1.6 million times.
She uploaded the snap just days before doting husband Ryan Anderson sparked pregnancy rumors.
Fans were sent into a spin after he posted about his little family.
A touching snap showed his hand resting on his wife’s stomach.
“Me and my little family cuddling together,” read the caption.
Fans rushed to comment, speculating on whether Blanchard was pregnant.
The pair were seen at a medical facility in Lake Charles, Louisiana, according to TMZ.
Blanchard and her husband have discussed the possibility of starting a family.
“I don’t have any reservations,” Blanchard told ET.
“We both have talked about starting a family, we just don’t know yet.”
Blanchard and Anderson tied the knot in July 2022 while she was incarcerated.
She told ET that she wrote him letters before the pair became friends.
Anderson told Today he snuck an engagement ring into the lockup before popping the question.
Blanchard was serving time after being convicted over a plot to murder her mom Dee Dee.
She was released after serving seven years in prison.
Blanchard had pled guilty to charges of second-degree murder for her role in connection with Dee Dee’s death.
Dee Dee was stabbed by Blanchard’s boyfriend at the time Nicholas Godejohn.
Godejohn, who was later convicted on murder charges, stabbed Dee Dee 17 times as she slept.
Cops discovered her face down in her bedroom at her Greene County, Missouri, home.
Godejohn and Blanchard were then found 600 miles away in Wisconsin.
The pair had met on a Christian dating site back in 2012.
Godejohn and Blanchard met for the first time at a movie theater in Springfield, Missouri.
She wore a Cinderella dress while he sported a Prince Charming outfit.
Court documents revealed that Blanchard knew about the plot to kill her mom.
The legal papers said that she did nothing to stop the killing.
During investigators’ probe, it emerged that Blanchard was a victim of Munchausen syndrome by proxy.
Dee Dee reportedly told medics and neighbors that her daughter suffered from cancer and other conditions.
She forced Blanchard to use an oxygen tank and a wheelchair, per The Springfield News-Leader.
Blanchard told Dr Phil in 2017 that her mom forced her to eat via a feeding tube and her head was shaved.
She said she knew she didn’t have certain illnesses.
Gypsy claimed that she wasn’t permitted to walk at home, but didn’t question her mom.
“There are certain illnesses that I knew I didn’t have,” Blanchard told ABC 20/20 in 2018.
