Early Saturday, a citizen in the town of Anderson, which is about two hours north of Sacramento, saw Fullerton “displaying bizarre behavior” while in her Dodge pickup truck with six children.

The truck had an Arkansas license plate and was parked in a parking lot.

Photos released by the Anderson Police Department showed that the car was littered with trash including food wrappers and several empty beverage bottles.

The person contacted the Anderson police to ask them to perform a welfare check.

When officers made contact with Fullerton, they discovered that she had an active warrant for her arrest in the state of Arkansas in relation to the abduction of her eight biological children.

She had driven her kids 2,000 miles across state lines from their homes in Arkansas.

It is unknown how long the children had been missing.

During an interview with police, Fullerton revealed the location of the two other children she had abducted.

They were still in Arizona, in a home in the city of Cottonwood, which was almost 15 hours away from Anderson, California.

According to her Facebook page, Fullerton has several friends who live in Cottonwood.

The children were taken by the Shasta County Children and Family Services in California.

Online records show that Fullerton has been previously charged with domestic battery charges.

It still remains unclear exactly how long the mother was with her children following the alleged kidnappings.

The children were later reunited with their adopted parents in Arkansas.
