A savvy woman revealed she made £590 on Vinted in one day by selling my old clothes and using ChatGPT for help with item descriptions.
Caroline, who posts under the handle @caroline.shops, has become something of a secondhand sensation after sharing how she flogged 102 items in a single day on the popular resale app.
In a clip, which racked up 378,000 views, she shared the full process, from packing parcels to her top tips for selling.
Caroline showcased how she started off by printing all the labels she needed, using pre sealed parcel bags and she also added sweets, eye masks and thank-you cards to each one.
The savvy seller then organised her parcels by delivery service, either Inpost, Royal Mail and Evri before heading out to post them.
While the job took her hours she said it was worth it and she even recommended using ChatGPT to help with listings.
She said: ‘I sold everything in this room in one day. On Vinted. I sold 102 things in total and I made over £590.’
‘This included selling this stepping machine. Now you can watch me pack it all up and then explain how you can do it too.’

‘I printed off the labels. I got some sweets. I also got a few little extra treats to put in the parcels and these cute little thank you cards.’
‘Firstly, I separated the labels into the items that were clothing and items that weren’t.’
Caroline stressed the importance of taking good pictures of the clothes and said to add as much detail in the description as you can.
‘If you’re going to list clothing for sale on Vinted, make sure you take good, well lit photos. Photos of everything. The front, the back, the inside, the labels. And if you can show yourself wearing the item, that really helps too. Measurements are great as well.’
‘Whenever I pack up something, I always make sure I double bag it. So I put it in a bag first, along with a thank you card and the little treats. And then I put them in these packing bags. This just makes them more secure.’
Caroline revealed packing up all the orders took her hours but she said it was all worth it.
She added: ‘These were the big bulky ones that needed boxes. This took me hours to do. And then it was time for the final drop off.’
‘Well, that’s it. Over 100 parcels have now gone. I can’t believe I’ve done it, to be honest. But thank you. Thank you so much to everybody who bought things from me and I really hope that you like your items when you receive them.’
