A TIKTOKER has claimed that her homeowners association (HOA) president yelled at her child in the latest in a bitter feud.

Elle Reiner, (@ellereiner), who lives in Arizona, posted a video to explain why she has “beef with her HOA president.”

“She yelled at my child, and when I confronted her about this, she told me that it was my fault that she yelled at him,” Reiner said in the video.

She added: “And the reason that it was my fault is because I didn’t answer my door when she knocked, and her intention was to yell at me and not him.”

Reiner continued the video by saying that she doesn’t understand why “these ladies” from the HOA think that she is “obligated” to answer her door to them.

“I’m not answering my door because I’m living my life, and I don’t want to deal with you,” Reiner said in the video.

Reiner added that she doesn’t have to answer the door and “that’s what they don’t like.”

“Like no, I don’t. Like, leave,” Reiner said at the end of the video, which has got more than 10,000 views on TikTok.

This isn’t the first time the mom has had “beef” with her HOA.

Reiner has posted several videos about fines she says she received from her HOA, including one where she claimed that the HOA president called the police on her to report her parking.

In another video, Reiner referred to the HOA president as “Botox Betty” and alleged that the president “harassed” her about her parking. That video got over 36,200 views on TikTok.

The HOA later fined Reiner $500 for harassment for posting the TikTok.

In that video, Reiner used the Botox filter and acted in a skit as a “Karen.”

“Is this against the HOA’s policy? Let me know,” Reiner said in the video she shared about the fines.

One viewer commented on the video: “Those things, no, they can’t dictate that, but are those the only allegations they’re making?”

In response to the comment, Reiner said: “They are making more in other fines. But this fine is for that particular video that was posted.”

Reiner continued in the comments to note that the HOA claims that the video she shared is about them and that there is “no rule anywhere about not posting on social media.”

That video got over 16,800 views on TikTok.

There are dozens of videos on Reiner’s page about her interactions with her HOA.

In one video, Reiner showed an invoice of upwards of $2,000 in fines for leaving her trash bins out longer than others.

Reiner says she is planning legal action against the HOA, claiming that they are stalking and harassing her family as well as controlling her social media posts.

In another video that Reiner posted two days ago, she claimed that the HOA is using intimidation tactics against her to prevent legal action.

The clip discussed a meeting between Reiner and her husband, and the HOA president.

According to Reiner, in that meeting, the HOA president told her: “If you try to sue, your quality of life will greatly decrease.”

She continued in the video: “Tell me that’s not intimidation.”

A viewer commented and questioned why Reiner continues to post these videos on her page.

Reiner said: “Until she leaves me alone I’m gonna blast this situation 😂.”
