A TIKTOK user has issued a warning after she was scammed by a man she went on a date with.
Danielle Ozane shared the story about the night out gone wrong with her 135,000 followers on the platform.
“I gave a man a my card on a date because he told me that he left his card at home and that he was going to CashApp me back,” she said at the beginning of the clip uploaded to her account @mixed._dreams.
That was apparently a lie.
“It’s been months and he hasn’t CashApped me back and I’m blocked on everything,” Ozane said.
“Don’t judge me… I know I was being stupid, but I’m too trusting.”
Months later, the TikToker decided to do some online research about the man who scammed her.
“I did a public data report about this man,” she said.
“Why did he lie to me about his age?”
Ozane discovered that the man was 35-years-old and has children.
But those weren’t the most shocking details she uncovered.
