Gratton, 34, was last seen on April 15 leaving her apartment, sparking an urgent search.

Her death was announced in a Facebook group that was set up following her disappearance.

“With a broken heart, I share the news that our beloved Jax Gratton has been found — and she is no longer with us,” mom Cherilynne Gratton-Camis wrote online on Saturday.

“There are no words strong enough for the grief we are feeling.

“The light she carried, the love she gave so freely, and the joy she brought into our lives have been taken from this world far too soon.”

Gratton’s friends grew concerned when she didn’t complete hair appointments that had already been scheduled in.

She left her Denver home without her cat and medication, her friends said at the time.

On April 10, she shared pictures of her pet cat.

This proved to be her final social media post.

“It’s refreshing to love the person you are becoming,” she wrote.

“Side note – to my beautiful daughter Madame Francesca, I love you so much.

“Thank you for all your kitty cuddles and silly photos like this one.”
