A HAIRSTYLIST remains missing almost two weeks after she was last seen leaving her apartment.
Jax Gratton, 34, was last seen on April 15, sparking an urgent probe.
Gratton’s family grew concerned for her whereabouts after she didn’t call them during the Easter weekend, as reported by The Denver Post.
Her mom, Cherilynne Gratton-Camis, told the outlet it was “unusual” for her to not call during a holiday.
And, Gratton normally is open with her mom.
“She did not reach out to her parents on Easter and that’s very unlike her,” Brandy Carey, a co-worker and pal, told the Fox affiliate KDVR-TV.
Gratton, who works as a stylist in Denver, completed her last appointment on April 12 – days before she was last seen.
But, pals grew concerned when she missed appointments that had been booked in.
“It was when she was missing client appointments, especially certain clients who she is very close with, outside the salon, that we realized something wasn’t quite right,” Carey told the CBS affiliate KCNC-TV.
“We started communicating with each other — ‘have you seen Jax? have you seen Jax?’ Everybody was like, ‘no, we haven’t heard from her.'”
She reportedly left her apartment at around 10pm on April 15 and hasn’t been seen since.
Missing persons reports have been put up on street posts across Denver.
Gratton left her home without makeup and her cat, according to Carey.
She last posted a selfie of herself with her cat on April 10 – days before she vanished.
That post has been inundated with comments, urging Gratton to be safe and to return home.
