Jennifer Lawrence has disclosed that she may eventually have a facelift.
The 36-year-old mother of two appears on the cover of The Cut‘s October 2026 issue, where she discussed wanting to maintain a glamorous image while raising her children.
The Oscar-winning actress shares four-year-old Cy and a 19-month-old child, whose name has not been made public, with her husband, art dealer Cooke Maroney.
“I want to be a sexy mom,” Lawrence told the magazine. “At drop-off, I want to look like a woman that has her s**t together even when I’ve just woken up and don’t have my s**t together.”
The interview also noted that a future facelift would not be the star’s first cosmetic procedure, as Lawrence has previously undergone breast augmentation.
Her comments arrive as she takes on a new business venture, having introduced her haircare brand Mes—pronounced “mess”—on Tuesday.

Mes was created through a biodesign process in collaboration with scientist Jasmina Aganovic.
The debut collection includes a repair mask, styling serum and volume mist, with each product priced below $55.
Before her latest conversation, Lawrence spoke with Vogue about the treatments and routines she uses as she ages.
In the interview last month, she revealed that she uses small amounts of Botox. “I can’t really get very much done. I need to have movement in my face—I get baby Botox, but I can’t do a lot,” she said.
Lawrence also said facials are an important part of her beauty routine. “If my skin is going to be a little saggier than I would like, at least it looks dewy and pretty,” she explained.

She added that she would be interested in buccal fat removal, a procedure that alters the fullness of the cheeks, but believes the change would be too obvious. “I can’t because everybody would know,” the actress said.
Buccal fat sits in the area between the cheekbones and jaw, and surgeons can remove it to create a more sculpted cheekline.
Lawrence previously discussed plans for a breast enhancement after her second pregnancy in an October 2025 interview with The New Yorker. “Everything bounced back, pretty much, after the first one. Second one, nothing bounced back,” she said.

In January, she joined Amy Poehler on the Good Hang podcast, where the conversation turned to Lawrence’s approach to fashion.
After praising Lawrence for her “great style,” Poehler asked, “I want to know, how do you pick clothes? What is your relationship to clothes?”
The American Hustle star answered, ‘I do a lot of closet clean-outs. I think living in New York helps with that. I don’t have a lot of excess stuff that confuses me; I have things that I really like.’
She admitted to Poehler that she wants her style to appear ‘effortless’ after revealing that she loosely plans what to wear to school drop-offs.
The fashion maven also highlighted style rules to remember: ‘Big goes with big, and if you’re going to have a baggy and a tight [combination], you cannot ever have tiny on the bottom-baggy on the top… or you’ll look like a lamp.’
She reiterated, ‘You can have baggy on the bottom and tight on the top, but you cannot do the other way around.’
Known for her self-deprecation, she also joked that she’s ‘never had an Ozempic rumor.’
‘I was surprised more people haven’t talked about how skinny I am in Die My Love because I’m pregnant,’ she pointed out.
