The political commentator and comedian found out she had stage zero breast cancer just hours before she gave birth to her first son with her husband, Cameron Friscia, she announced on February 25.

On Thursday, she shared a picture on Instagram to update her fans on her health battle.

“Post-op!” Timpf shared, along with a picture of her legs in a hospital gown and her feet, censored, in hospital socks.

The comedian then cracked a joke about her breast size.

“They’re honestly not much smaller than they were before I got pregnant,” she wrote.

Timpf’s fans rushed to the comments of the post to share their well-wishes for the new mom.

“Prayers to you. You’re such an inspiration to all of us,” one wrote.

“Sending you wishes for a speedy recovery!” another added.

A third commented, “I hope you feel better really soon. The double mastectomy was physically the ‘easiest’ of all the operations I had to have bc of f’ing cancer.

“It was emotionally a total mind f. I’m praying for you.”

The update comes days after Timpf joked about her recovery plans in another candid social media post.

In the post, Timpf stood outside Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City following her treatment.

“Once I recover from childbirth, my mole removal scars heal, I get a double mastectomy, get rid of my cancer, have breast reconstruction surgery & am physically capable of getting back in the gym it’s OVER FOR U B***HEZ #MILF” she captioned it.

Several followers wished the news host a speedy recovery in the comments section.

“You’re kicking ass kat! We’re all missing you here,” commented her colleague, Greg Gutfeld.

“Fiercely hilarious and so courageous be strong can’t wait for your return,” said one Instagram user.

“You got this. You are incredibly strong and don’t you forget that!!!” echoed another.

The social media post amassed more than 100,000 likes.

After her initial diagnosis, Timpf chose to be incredibly open with her fans and followers, sharing her reaction to the news via an X post.

In the post, she assured her audience that the cancer was only Stage 0 and that her doctor was “confident” that it hadn’t spread.
