The former model admitted her daughter Bunny, nine, was left horrified by the ordeal – which is thought to have been caused by stress.

On The Katie Price Show podcast, she told her half-sister Sophie, 33, how it all went down one morning this week.

Katie said she woke up to get Bunny ready for school at seven in the morning. She was going, ‘Mum, mum, your eye’s bleeding.’ Katie replied, ‘What do you mean, my eye’s bleeding?

Her daughter said ‘It’s inside your eye.’ And Katie thought, ‘Is she winding me up?’ cos she’s always pranking me.

“And then Katie looked in the mirror and she was like, ‘S**t, what the f**k’s happened to my eye?”

She was soon rushed to her local GP, where the receptionist suggested she should go to an eye hospital instead.

She insisted that the doctor look at it, and thankfully it turned out to be nothing too serious.

She said she was told me exactly what it was, so they sent you a link so you can read about it.

She had a haemorrhage in my eye, and she said, ‘Well, what causes it?’ Stress can cause it.

“There are a lot of stresses behind the scenes in her life, like, not work stuff. she says she loves the work, but other stuff that she is dealing with causes her stress.

“Everyone has stress, she said, she just wishes her stress didn’t show in her eye.”

To make matters worse, she had a work commitment in the evening and didn’t want to pull out at the last minute.

She’d been booked to attend Netflix’s Psychopath Life Coach premiere at The Curzon Mayfair.

Ever the professional, she turned up and posed for photographers with a bloodied eye on display.

She gave some words of advice for fans who might be going through something similar.

She said, “The thing is, you should always stay away from Google. Don’t self-diagnose.”

She added how some family members had even suggested she’d suffered a stroke after posting a photo to their group chat.

Katie continued to work despite the health scare, even sharing a graphic video of the moment she got lip filler.

She has been known to have her lips done on her lunch break and said she “loves” her new pout in a recent post.
