A TIKTOK star has died suddenly at the age of 40 after suffering a heart attack while playing with his kids.
Italian influencer Lorenzo Delle Femmine was rushed to hospital on Monday after collapsing at home.
Dad-of-three Lorenzo – known as Mister Pella Pazzo on TikTok – often shared clips from his family life with his 1.7million followers.
His devastated wife Assunta, who often featured in his videos, confirmed his death in a post on Instagram.
She wrote: “I feel so bad. I can’t believe it.”
It is understood Lorenzo was playing with his children at their flat in Casalnuovo di Napoli near Naples when he started feeling unwell.
He then collapsed and was dashed to hospital, where he later died.
The social media star had been hospitalised due to a sudden illness last month.
After being discharged a few days later, he revealed that he had been diagnosed with labyrinthitis – an inner ear infection that affects one’s balance.
