As I’ve often said, the mainstream media are nothing if not a predictable lot, and that has absolutely been the case in response to Alligator Alcatraz, a temporary detention center located in the Florida Everglades where illegal immigrants are processed before deportation to their home countries.

The Usual Suspects are of course lined up to oppose it, with Democrats, illegal immigration advocates, environmental wacktivists, and the MSM all alleging, in a nutshell, the center is “inhumane” (and not very good for the envirnoment!) even though it has beds, air conditioning, and other essential amenities, unlike some of the temporary centers during the Biden administration.

Already, we’re reading about unconfirmed reports of, among other things, mosquitoes “the size of elephants” and food that allegedly contains maggots.
