Melania Trump Delivers a Big Legal Warning to Hunter Biden, and He'd Better Listen

Looks like Hunter Biden has bought himself some more trouble. Except it’s from a source you might not expect, and it’s all based on something Hunter said in a recent interview.

During the interview titled “Hunter Biden Returns” with Andrew Callaghan, Hunter claimed that “Epstein introduced Melania to Trump. The connections are, like, so wide and deep.”

But Melania Trump isn’t letting that claim go by. Her attorney, Alejandro Brito, has dropped a $1 billion warning on Hunter to retract his statements about her and apologize. The attorney’s letter threatened legal action over the “false, defamatory, disparaging, and inflammatory” statements.

“Failure to comply will leave Mrs. Trump with no choice but to pursue any and all legal rights and remedies available to her to recover the overwhelming financial and reputational harm that you have caused her to suffer,” Brito wrote. [….]

Brito warned Biden that he lacks “any viable defense to the overwhelming reputational and financial harm” he has caused the first lady to suffer.

“The timing of this video is evident and underscores the actual malice behind the decision to publish it given the plain falsity of the statements,” Brito wrote.

The letter ended, saying they would take legal action for over $1 billion if Hunter Biden did not comply with their request.

The First Lady’s attorney previously got The Daily Beast and Democratic operative James Carville to retract comments about an Epstein connection, and both apologized.

Melania Trump posted about Carville’s apology on X.

One of her aides also put out a warning for those who might go down this road.

An aide to the first lady, Nick Clemens, told Fox News Digital in a statement, “First Lady Melania Trump’s attorneys are actively ensuring immediate retractions and apologies by those who spread malicious, defamatory falsehoods. The true account of how the First Lady met President Trump is in her best-selling book, ‘Melania.’”

We’re past the time Hunter Biden was supposed to retract, according to the letter. He was supposed to comply by August 7 at 5 p.m. EST. So we’ll have to see what comes next, if Hunter Biden complies or if he gets some legal action. In his prior interview with Callaghan, he attacked Democrats for abandoning his father and doing him wrong. He took a shot at former Biden senior advisor Anita Dunn. That interview caused quite a stir. It also revealed things weren’t peachy with Hunter and the Democrat establishment.
