THE wife and all five children of the immigrant accused of firebombing a crowd of people in a suspected terrorist attack have been arrested, according to reports.
ICE locked up 45-year-old Mohamed Sabry’s entire family days after the horrific attack on pro-Israel supporters in Boulder, Colorado.
Sources with the Department of Homeland Security told Fox News they are processing the family for an expedited removal.
This means the family will reportedly be shipped out of the country without a hearing before an immigration court.
The report comes after several federal officials have claimed that Sabry, who is an Egyptian national, was an illegal alien who found a loophole to stay in America.
The suspected attacker first came to the US in August 2022 with a non-immigrant visa and was authorized to stay until February 2023, according to Fox News.
He filed a claim with the US Citizenship and Immigration Services in September 2022 and got work authorization from March 2024 to March 2025.
White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller said, “The Biden admin granted the alien a visa and then, when he illegally overstayed, they gave him a work permit.”
On Sunday, Soliman, 45, allegedly screamed “Free Palestine” as he chucked Molotov cocktails and sprayed a flamethrower at elderly protesters, the FBI said.
Four women and four men aged 52 to 88 were hospitalized with horrific injuries from the attack.
Soliman has been hit with two murder charges since the attack, but no deaths have been confirmed.
The conditions of all of the victims remain unclear.
After the attack, an outraged Miller wrote on X, “Immigration security is national security.
“No more hostile migration. Keep them out and send them back.”
