THE shocking final moments of a mom who died after an allegedly botched butt procedure have been revealed in court.

A Colombian man was claimed to have told cops he injected María Paz Peñaloza Cabrera “in the ass” at his makeshift home clinic.

The victim’s heartbroken mother has accused her allegedly sham doctor, Felipe Hoyos Foronda, 37, of being “an assassin,” reported the New York Post.

Peñaloza Cabrera, 31, who has two sons aged three and one, died after undergoing a procedure for the removal of a butt implant.

Her parents and eldest son were unable to travel from Colombia to say goodbye to her, according to her grief-stricken family on GoFundMe.

Prosecutors told the court that Peñaloza Cabrera had gone to Foronda on March 28 to have silicone implants removed at his Queens apartment in New York City.

The mom was accompanied by a friend who waited in the apartment’s living room while she went into an adjacent room for the procedure.

Foronda is alleged to have given Peñaloza Cabrera lidocaine, which is a local anesthetic, and saline through a syringe.

When she became lightheaded, Foronda allegedly administered an IV and called 911 when she did not improve.

The mom was unconscious on a medical chair by the time paramedics arrived at the apartment.

Peñaloza Cabrera was taken to Mount Sinai Queens, where she showed no sign of brain activity. She was removed from life support on April 11.

“On March 28, the victim went into cardiac arrest after having been injected with lidocaine [anesthetic] as part of a botched surgical procedure,” alleged Queens District Attorney Melinda Katz.

She added, “Unfortunately, Maria Penaloza, a mother of two, passed away two weeks later.

“My thoughts are with the victim’s family as we seek justice on her behalf.”

She announced yesterday that Foronda has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of manslaughter and assault.

He was also indicted for the “unauthorized practice of a profession for allegedly performing cosmetic surgery without a license in his Astoria home,” Katz added.

According to the indictment, the $1,900 procedure was being carried out in his Astoria living room.

Foronda allegedly informed police following his arrest that he had “injected her in the ass.”

UNCONSCIOUS

Peñaloza Cabrera then started slurring her words and lost consciousness, the court was told.

“After I injected her, she started to speak funny, then she stopped speaking, and then she tensed up,” Foronda told the cops, according to prosecutors.

He allegedly added that “slurred speech is normal during this type of anesthesia, even though, after she tightened up, she didn’t respond.”

Foronda then began to panic, claimed prosecutors.

The court heard that the ambulance crew took the stricken mom to hospital, and Foronda cleaned the room before heading to the airport.

Queens Assistant District Attorney Gregory Lasak Jr. alleged that he had booked a flight “so he could evade arrest and prosecution, because he claimed he was scared.”

The DA further alleged, “Hoyos Foronda, who does not have a license to practice medicine in the United States, was apprehended at John F. Kennedy International Airport by a Port Authority police officer as he attempted to board a flight to Florida with an ultimate destination of Colombia.

“A court-authorized search warrant of the defendant’s home found medical equipment including a metal IV stand, multiple injectables on the shelves, syringes, a box to discard needles and a binder with the names of individuals.”

Supreme Court Justice Ushir Pandit-Durant ordered him to return to court on June 3.

If convicted, Foronda faces up to five to 15 years in prison.

DANGER

The NYP reported that, after the hearing, Peñaloza Cabrera’s grieving mother, Gladys Cabrera, accused him of being “an assassin” who was “a danger to society.”

On the family’s GoFundMe page, it said that on, “April 11, doctors decided to disconnect her, without allowing time for her family in Colombia — her parents and eldest son — to travel to say goodbye and give her the farewell she deserves.”

DA Katz said anyone who used the defendant’s services or visited the makeshift medical office on 35th Street in Astoria should contact NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477), or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).

“Anyone seeking medical or cosmetic treatments is urged to first check the credentials of the provider with the New York State Education Department Office of the Professions,” she added.
