A TRUCKER has slammed a homeowners association of so-called Karens who targeted him over an issue with his lawn.
TikTok user @heavy_haul_n_fool, who often shares videos of his life as a heavy haul trucker and the workshop garage he appears to have at his home, wasn’t too happy when his HOA locked up his car’s exhaust headers, which he claimed were sitting in his open garage.

He captioned one of his videos: “The HOA literally got mad at the last video and they strike back.
“They put a stage two lockout tag out on my headers. I can’t even cut it off. Do you agree with this?”
It’s unclear why the locks were put on his headers, but it seems he had a prior issue with his property that the HOA must have complained about and/or had a prior lock on it that he was able to cut off.
In the video, the TikToker shows a yellow envelope written to him, “Ted V,” from the “HOA.!
Ted explained: “I literally left my garage open for two minutes. I literally went inside, I come back out and I find my headers have been stage two locked out, tagged out. … Like they really think this is funny?
“Like what am I supposed to do with those now? I can’t even put them on my truck.”
Despite trying to cut the locks and failing, Ted said: “Jokes on them, I’ll just order another set.”
The following day, Ted shared yet another video, but of what seemed to be the grass in his backyard.
He explained in the post’s caption: “All sorts of tricks up my sleeve.
“Gonna file for extensions on extensions on extensions. Due to parts shortages, labor shortages, and recent events, I can have this yard all summer.
“You could have just said something to me but you chose the hard way.”
Ted showed off his yard in the video, saying how he “ain’t cutting them weeds down,” adding: “So the funny thing is, I know who complained about my yard. I drove around the neighborhood to see if I had the absolute worst yard and sadly I don’t have the worst yard.

“So it was intentional, and it was directed… and I want you to know, Karen, I know. I appreciate you.!
He then spoke about how he was going to use the rules and let the grass get “100 times worse” before fixing it.
However, about a week or two later, Ted shared a follow-up video with his green grass after he’s been “watering the heck out of it” following an “interesting turn of events.”
He apologetically captioned the footage: “Everybody has a job to do. I knew what I signed up for when I bought the house I should’ve been more vigilant and on top of my responsibilities, instead of projecting my irritation.
“I am confrontational, and I could see exactly why someone might not want to deal with me, face-to-face. I really didn’t think I had a neighbor that had it out for me, but that’s absolutely not the case.
“I’m not gonna go into details, but everything worked out like it should.”
He admitted he went from thinking he was being targeted by a neighbor to feeling bad.
“I’m not going to go into too many details, but the yard has been rectified, it’s looking good. We’ll give it another mow, trim it up, got all the weeks pulled,” he concluded.
“At the end of the day, I guess it’s a friendly reminder not to be lazy and just do your part. We all live in a neighborhood and want to make everything the best we possibly can.”
TikTokers took to the comments section, with one writing: “That’s I would never live where is a HOA.”
Another said: “I don’t care what they say. If I buy a piece of property it’s mine to do with what I want to do. That’s why I would never move somewhere with an HOA.”
A third commented: “You signed the original rules. Guess you didn’t want court s**t?”
