AN alleged squatter has been arrested after cops caught her eating a sandwich in a million-dollar home.
Luisa Villa, 54, was found inside the plush property in Bonita Springs, southwest Florida last month, police said.

Cops at the Lee County Sheriff’s Office revealed that a maintenance worker heard a bark and spotted a black suitcase before realizing someone was inside.
Officers were scrambled to the property and said Villa was wearing one of the homeowner’s dresses.
Cops said that Villa, of Fort Myers, had also brought her small dog with her.
They said Villa told officers at the scene she owned the home and had bought it.
But officers called the actual homeowner and learned that Villa did not own the lavish property.

Villa was booked into jail on September 19 and remains in custody, per police records.
She has been hit with a raft of charges, including resisting an officer, larceny, fraud, and burglary.
A hearing for those charges is set to take place on October 23, according to cops.
