A POSSIBLE HOA member has reportedly been rebuffed after she called the cops on a property owner.

The interaction was the latest episode of TikTok user Elle Reiner’s protracted dispute with the HOA board.

It began after the woman said hired a professional detailer to come wash a car at her home.

“Botox Betty called the police on us for getting our car washed,” Reiner claimed in a video published to her account @ellereiner on Monday.

That’s the property owner’s nickname for the woman.

It’s not clear if she’s still a member of the board, but Reiner usually refers to her in relation to the HOA.

“The cop said it’s not illegal and that she hung up on him when he said he couldn’t trespass our detailer,” the TikToker said.

Reiner also managed to capture the officer’s thoughts on the situation.

“She wants the person trespassed,” he said.

“We can’t trespass someone who’s been invited by a person who lives there… It’s private property.

“That’s not how it works. You have to go through the legal process.”

He added that the caller wasn’t happy with that conclusion.

“She hung up on us,” the officer said.

“It’s not a big deal.”

He noted that the situation was unserious that he didn’t feel the need to get out of his cruiser.

Reiner received lots of support from her viewers in the comment section.

“This lady is ridiculous, straight up harassing you!” one said.

“I know. She is out of touch with reality,” Reiner replied.

“On a positive note you have gorgeous cars,” said another commenter.

“Is there anything the cops can do while you await legal proceedings?” a different TikToker asked.

“No. But this is the third cop whose essentially told me she is full of (crap),” Reiner replied.

A couple’s HOA association has threatened with a sizable daily fine if they refuse to take the Pride flag down from the exterior of their home.
