Tomi Lahren, known for her provocative viewpoints as a host on OutKick and a political commentator, sparked significant online chatter this week following her guest appearance on the popular Fox News show, Outnumbered. The buzz stemmed from Lahren’s noticeably altered appearance, which quickly became a hot topic on social media. At 33, Lahren surprised many by sporting a deep brown hair color, a stark contrast to her usual platinum blonde, complemented by a more understated, natural makeup style.

During her television appearance, Lahren donned a striking burnt orange pantsuit adorned with pearl buttons, with her hair styled in loose waves. This transformation led some viewers to describe her as ‘unrecognizable.’ One social media user even quipped, “Is there another Tomi Lahren at Fox? Because that doesn’t look like her.” Another viewer confessed to being momentarily confused, expecting the camera to switch to Lahren before realizing it was indeed her.

According to Minnesota-based Dr. Jennifer Harrington, a board-certified plastic surgeon with over 25 years of experience, after looking at photographs she believes it appears to be a combination of plastic surgery and cosmetic injections. ‘She does appear to have had a rhinoplasty, as her nose looks to be more narrowly contoured,’ Dr. Harrington told Daily Mail after reviewing photos of Lahren. ‘S he may also be using Botox or a similar neuromodulator in the forehead and around the eyes to keep everything smooth and lifted, and possibly some cheek filler to maintain her facial balance and lip fillers for a plump, yet natural aesthetic,’ Dr. Harrington – who has not treated Lahren – continued.

Plus, Lahren most likely has a great skincare routine going, the plastic surgeon suspects. ‘Her skin overall looks really good so she must have a pharma-grade, daily skincare routine, likely paired with in-office treatments like lasers or micro needling to maintain a youthful appearance,’ the founder of Harrington + Associates Plastic Surgery told Daily Mail. Daily Mail reached out to Lahren’s reps for comment. Of course, her evolving appearance could also be due to her changing hair color, according to Manchester-based hairstylist Rebecca Johnston.

‘It looks like Tomi Lahren used to have a scalp bleach or back to back slices,’ Johnston explained to Daily Mail. ‘This means none of her natural hair was left out and is to make sure you get the blondest result possible,’ Johnston continued. ‘It’s a very high maintenance color you’d need to keep on top of by getting your hair done every six to eight weeks or so. It looks like she’s now embracing her natural roots with some blonde pieces through the ends to create a more lived-in look.’ Johnston also pointed out that Lahren has changed the way she parts her hair and is wearing her hair in looser curls. This change was especially evident during her Fox News appearance. ‘Tomi has grown out her natural roots and had some soft highlights placed throughout,’ Johnston said.

‘This creates a softer, more lived-in look but still adds a lot of dimension to the hair as it’s not just one block color,’ she explained. ‘For styling, it looks like she’s used a GHD 26mm barrel curler and then used a wide tooth comb and combed through her hair to create a really loose curl in the hair.’ In recent months, it looks like Lahren has opted for more fashion-forward clothing choices, too, like pant and skirt suits, as well as chic blazers and tweed dresses for her TV appearances. Her recent outfit choices have even seemed reminiscent of that unspoken MAGA ‘uniform’ of Donald Trump’s leading ladies, like Ivanka Trump and Margo Martin, Special Assistant to the President and Communications Advisor. It’s a departure from some of her previous ensembles, which have featured loud floral prints, patterns, and even bow detailing.
