We reported on the wild story of the shooting of a police officer outside an ICE facility in Texas.

Individuals dressed in black allegedly vandalized vehicles and the security cameras at the facility on Friday, and the report indicated they may have tried to lure police to the scene before the shooting. Eight people were taken into custody.

Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche announced on Saturday they were closely monitoring the situations in both Texas and in Portland, Oregon.

The Department has zero tolerance for assaults on federal officers or property and will bring the full weight of the law against those responsible.
