And, the items were sold online at popular marketplaces such as Amazon, as well as grocery and budget friendly stores.

The cases of the deodorant were shipped nationwide, according to the recall report.

Officials at the Food and Drug Administration issued the notice on July 10 and 67,000 cases are being recalled.

More than 20,000 cases of a roll-on Powder Fresh antiperspirant deodorant for women were recalled.

Over 22,400 cases of a spring-fresh deodorant was recalled, according to the FDA.

And, more than 23,400 cases of a Power Stick Invisible Protection roll-on deodorant have been recalled.

Shoppers should check the code underneath the item’s barcode to see if they have been impacted.

The recall was requested by the company AP Deauville – a leading manufacturer of personal care items.

Walmart shoppers could buy a pack of three of the deodorants for $21.

The retailer says the deodorant can provide odor protection for a maximum of 24 hours.

And, Walmart bosses revealed the antiperspirant doesn’t feel sticky when its applied on the skin.

Meanwhile, Dollar Tree shoppers can buy a pack of 24 deodorants for $30.

And, the item received rave reviews online, receiving an average score of 4.2 stars out of five.

Power Stick deodorants are made in the USA.

The reason for the recall is linked to its manufacturing standards.

It doesn’t mean necessarily that there is an issue with the deodorant itself.

Food and Drug Administration officials use a regulation scale that is known as the Current Good Manufacturing Practice (CGMP).

This is a scale that bosses use when deciding if products are safe and effective.

Meanwhile, The U.S. Sun reported how a bread sold in stores such as Walmart and Kroger was recalled after nuts were reported in some batches.

Bosses at Hartford Bakery issued the recall on a voluntary basis.

Officials warned how those who are allergic to nuts could suffer serious reactions if they consumed the product that contained traces.
