HUNDREDS of protesters gathered for a vigil demanding the release of 240 hostages kidnapped by Hamas raiders.
Friends and relatives carried pictures of men, women and children snatched from southern Israel on October 7 when 1,400 were killed.
A solemn silence was interrupted by cries of “bring them home”.
Protesters — some draped in the flag of Israel — sang the Israeli national anthem, entitled The Hope, at yesterday’s gathering in central London’s Parliament Square.
And they also sang God Save The King in a display of their loyalty to the UK.

A similar vigil took place outside the Scottish Parliament at Holyrood in Edinburgh.
The UK Government has confirmed that five British nationals are still missing — and could be among the hostages being held in the Palestinian territory of Gaza.
Five hostages have been released to date — but over 240 are still held.
The Israel Defence Forces says that 20 of them are children.
Some 30,000 pro-Palestine protesters gathered in central London on Saturday.
The Metropolitan Police confirmed that 29 people were arrested for inciting racial hatred, assaulting a police officer and violence.
Home Secretary Suella Braverman has branded pro-Palestine protests “hate marches”.
