In January 2021, Ryan Samsel was arrested for assaulting a police officer. Since then, he has been held in custody. In pretrial incarceration, the Capitol guy is now demanding medical treatment.
At a Thursday hearing, Cobb, a Joe Biden appointment, said there were nine prior convictions and that almost all of the instances he examined had an assaultive component.

He further added there was proof that several of the arrests happened while Mr. Samsel was on parole or probation for previous crimes.
The clinical director of the United States Penitentiary in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, Dr. Andrew Edinger, testified extensively during the hearing.
According to Dr. Andrew Edinger, Samel’s condition had only worsened since he was imprisoned. After studying Samel’s medical records, he discovered that his problems stretch back to 2012.
According to Edinger, Samsel’s condition appears to be “breast growth due to hormonal stimulation,” probably due to the usage of steroids.
