“While this is an encouraging development in our desire to bring closure for Ms. Woll’s family, it does not represent the conclusion of our work in this case.”
Police believe the crime to have occurred inside her home, with there being “a trail of blood” that led to her location, reports CNN.
“My heart breaks for her family, her friends, her synagogue, and all those who were lucky enough to know her,” said Gretchen Whitmer, the governor of Michigan.
“She was a source of light, a beacon in her community who worked hard to make Michigan a better place.”
