An unruly shoolkid has run amok on an over 11-hour flight as teachers and flight attendants stood by.

A photo of the incident shows a teenage boy performing a handstand over the aisle of a Malaysia Airlines plane from Auckland to Kuala Lumpur while other passengers were forced to watch on.

One of the passengers on the flight posted the photo to Facebook with the caption: ‘I don’t think I will ever complain again after this’.

The passenger who took the photo, Danielle Little, praised the group of boys who were ‘actually really good’.

‘To be honest the kid did maybe four handstands and a phenomenally difficult press-up in the aisle,’ Ms Little told Daily Mail Australia.

‘The feral was more from the other passengers- the kids were pretty good.’

Some social media users berated the flight staff and teachers for not stepping in and disciplining the boy.

‘[If I was] a fellow passenger I’d be shutting that down immediately,’ one user commented.

‘Where the f are the teachers?’ a second person said.

‘If they were in uniform or clothing that identified the school I’d be writing an email to the school to let them know,’ a third wrote.

However, other users were more jovial about the entertainment the boy provided.

‘I am impressed by his fitness though,’ one wrote

‘It’s not as if he ruined the flying experience,’ another replied.

A third joked: ‘Turbulence must have been extreme’.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted the airline for comment.

Just last week, New Zealand-bound customers on Malaysia Airlines from Kuala Lumpur were left frustrated after a lack of communication when their flights were cancelled.

Initially scrapped on January 27, some customers unsuccessfully returned to the airport daily in order to receive more information.

‘Still no response regarding rebooking of cancelled MH145,’ one passenger wrote.

Malaysia Airlines were eventually able to continue flights to New Zealand on February 1.

‘We wish to update you that we have just received approval to operate additional flights between February 1st and 2nd 2023 to facilitate your immediate transfer into and out of Auckland,’ a statement to displaced customers wrote.
