Turning Point USA’s Chief Operating Officer, Tyler Bowyer, confirmed just how many death threats the group faced after a chilling video resurfaced of Charlie Kirk talking about his greatest fear and the member of Congress he was speaking to at the time, which is almost too unbelievable to realize. 

On Thursday, Bowyer responded to a throwback video labeled from earlier this year showing the late (I really hate writing that to describe Kirk) founder of Turning Point USA sitting in his chair on “The Charlie Kirk Show” talking about his fear about what will happen when God forbid someone on the right gets shot or even killed.

What is almost more unbelievable than the words that he speaks next is when you realize that the screen behind him shows him talking to a Senator, and of all people in all places, that he was speaking to was the Republican Senator Mike Lee from Utah.

Charlie Kirk warned earlier this year that his greatest fear was someone getting shot and killed.

He said the left was creating an atmosphere that could lead to “one of us getting shot or killed.”

“My fear, Senator [Lee] and I hope I’m wrong,” Kirk said in the clip. “Let’s stay in prayer that I’m wrong. That someone is going to get shot the same way that [House Majority Leader] Steve Scalise (R-LA) got shot and God forbid killed.”

“The left is creating a pressure cooker with so many of their rank and file paramilitary troops,” he added. “That very well might result in one of us getting shot or killed. God forbid that happens.”

“We are getting death threats every single day here on ‘The Charlie Kirk Show,'” Kirk continued. 

Bowyer not only reshared the post confirming it was real, but he also responded to the amount of threat they were facing.

“We’ve received thousands [and] thousands of death threats,” the COO of TPUSA wrote. “Charlie never complained about them or lived in fear.”

“Our security detail, working with authorities, has thwarted dozens of serious threats, but he would never give up,” he added. “He stared evil in the eye & tried to win them over.”

Did he have a premonition about someone trying to kill him, or was he just a person who was very clued into the culture, and he knew how dangerous it was every time he went out on college campuses to dispel the lies the left had fed the students?

Charlie not only seemed to be keenly aware of what could be his fate, but he was also the first person I can recall to ever warn about something called assassination culture spreading on the left. 

He made a post on April 7 about a disturbing study.

Assassination culture is spreading on the left. Forty-eight percent of liberals say it would be at least somewhat justified to murder Elon Musk. Fifty-five percent said the same about Donald Trump.
