In addition to the morning song, VanVan also shared a moment with Elmo showing him the “VanVan Shuffle.”

Posting a clip from the visit, she wrote, “Can you tell Van Van how to get… how to get to Sesame Street… It’s Morning Hair Song Day with the @SesameStreet squad and it was the best day ever.”

Not surprisingly, the comments section filled up with messages about VanVan’s appearance on the long-running children’s series.

“Congrats Van Van. It’s cute seeing Elmo doing the Van Van shuffle,” one person said.

“Yas Sesame Street! Now that’s a classic,” another added.

“Congrats Lil Sis this is huge and it looks so great on you,” someone commented.

McConneaughey first gained attention in early 2023 after videos of her rapping began circulating on Instagram and TikTok. She quickly built a large following with her viral song, “Playing Outside Every Day.”

In 2024, VanVan performed at the BET Awards and released her self-titled debut album VanVan independently. That same year, she joined Snoop Dogg’s animated educational series Doggyland, voicing the character Vancy the Dalmatian.

Her work has continued to expand into television. VanVan has appeared on Abbott Elementary and made a guest appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show. She is currently signed to the management company of rap legend MC Lyte.
