Viral Biden Family Christmas Photo Sparks Buzz Over Joe’s Portrayal

On Christmas Eve, a photo of Joe Biden’s family was shared on his X account, sparking discussions across social media.

The image, meant to capture a festive moment, drew attention for an unexpected reason. While the family gathered in front of a Christmas tree, there was an unusual detail about Joe Biden’s placement in the picture.

Hunter Biden occupied a central spot in the image, accompanied by his young son, Beau. Flanking Hunter were Jill Biden and their daughter Ashley, with Hunter’s three daughters from his previous marriage standing behind them.

The accompanying caption read, “Wishing you a peaceful and joyful Christmas Eve filled with love,” penned either by Joe or the account manager.

“Wishing you a peaceful and joyful Christmas Eve filled with love,” Joe (or the person behind the account) wrote.

But the person you could barely see in the picture, the person that you might think would be featured prominently in such a picture, was hidden in the back row. Joe Biden was barely visible and partially blocked out by his wife.

Some people thought it had to be a Photoshopped image. Others thought it was a statement and made “Where’s Waldo?” jokes.

Here’s Corey Inganamort of Townhall with some thoughts:

It does seem like an odd placement, but it’s consistent. Even when Joe Biden occupied the Oval Office, he was essentially missing much of the time. Compare and contrast that with President Donald Trump being constantly available to the press and engaging with reporters. Meanwhile, Joe Biden’s staff seemed to always be trying to hide him from the press. I know we’d like to forget Biden ever even occupied the Oval Office. But you would think his own family might put him in the front row. Any way you slice it, odd.

It looked a bit like this picture, another one where he seemed to have been just an afterthought.
