They include Nobel Peace Prize-winner Kissinger, who served under Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford and died aged 100 in 2023.

Donald Trump, who employed Virginia as a teen at a spa in his Florida estate, will be mentioned, insiders believe.

A US source said: “Her account names new names.

“There was an intense legal fight to keep Kissinger’s name out of the book.

“But after his death he can now be included without fear of legal reprisal.

“It may also make uncomfortable reading for President Trump.”

Mr Trump has faced pressure over his relationship with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, whom Ms Giuffre accused of sex trafficking.

Trump previously said he fell out with Epstein, who died in his jail cell in 2019 awaiting trial, before the claims of sexual abuse were known.

We told how the book, due to hit shelves in October, tells how Virginia was trafficked by Epstein and associate Ghislaine Maxwell.

It contains “intimate and disturbing” details of her relationship with the duke, who denies he had sex with her when she was 17.

He paid millions to stop her claims going to court.

US publisher Knopf said Virginia emailed weeks before her suicide in April: “In the event of my passing, I would like to ensure Nobody’s Girl is released.

“I believe it has the potential to impact lives and foster discussions.”
